Call to Artists & Artisans for Wilsonville Festival of the Arts @ Charbonneau 

Join us October 10-12, 2025, in the Village of Charbonneau in Wilsonville, Oregon, just south of the Willamette River, for “Arts with Flair,” the Wilsonville Festival of the Arts @ Charbonneau. The event includes a Fine Art Gallery, Artist and Artisan Booths, a Student Art Gallery with student artwork from area high schools, and our always popular Silent Auction fundraiser. Artists have the option of exhibiting up to five juried pieces in the Fine Art Gallery, participating in the Packaged Art Store for matted art and cards, or joining artisans in the Booth Show with an 8’ x 8’ or 8’ x 14’ booth. All exhibit booths are indoors and do not require tent canopies. One six-foot table is provided with or without power. Artists’ and artisans’ work will be juried.

Event Schedule

The event opens with the Artisan Booth Show in the Clubhouse on Friday, October 10, from 5:00 p.m.-7:00 p.m., followed by the Opening Night Reception (tickets required to attend) in the Activities Center, from 6:00 p.m.-9:00 p.m. with Silent Auction, Fine Art and Student Galleries and Packaged Art Store. All venues are open on Saturday 10-4, and Sunday 10-4 with free admission to all.

Buyers are drawn from the greater Portland metropolitan area and northern Willamette Valley. The Charbonneau festival is now the Wilsonville Festival of Arts @Charbonneau and a perfect opportunity to exhibit in the area.
