2019 Artisan Show

Artisan Entries

General Entry: $35.00. Charbonneau Residents & Immediate Family: $25.00.

The entry fee entitles each artist to one 3×6 craft table and two chairs. If desired, you may bring your own 3×6 table, but you will still be required to pay the base entry fee. Only your own original art and/or hand-made crafts will be accepted. All entries are responsible for their own sales. We take no commission.

Artisan Instructions

Check in and unload at the rear entrance of Charbonneau Clubhouse between 7:30am and 9:00am. Saturday, Nov 2. During the show hours, please arrange to have someone at your table at all times. We can accommodate you for brief breaks, when necessary. If your display may restrict the view of other tables, let us know. Name tags are provided for registered vendors. Due to limited space and the festival’s popularity, submit your entry as soon as possible, since the various types of art mediums will be limited in numbers. Soap and fragrance vendors will be specifically limited to no more than 2.  Updated 6/15/19: We are now closed for soap and fragrance vendors.

Jewelry Instructions

Due to the popularity of this category, your entry will be juried. Complete the entry form and submit it (without payment) with either photos representative of your work or provide a website showing your jewelry. If only a portion of your art is jewelry, you must submit the above information to be juried as well as a description of your other art and the percentage of each. Submit your entry no later than Aug 30, 2019. You will be notified of acceptance within 2 weeks.

GALA! Artist Reception | 6:00pm Nov 1, 2019

We welcome you to join us for our festive opening night public reception, featuring gallery art, our student art gallery, live music and a Silent Auction. Tickets are available online and in advance for $10, at the door $15. The reception will include catered hors d’oeuvres and a glass of champagne. This event will be heavily publicized and should give you an opportunity to meet art supporters from all over the Portland metro area.  See updates online throughout the period leading up to the festival.
