Dear Music Stage Registrant:

Thank you very much for your entry to participate in the Charbonneau Festival of that Arts. As it turns out, the not so happy news is with COVID-19 cases skyrocketing, the Board of Directors of Charbonneau Arts Association (CAA) decided to postpone the 38th Annual Charbonneau Festival of the Arts, “Art with Flair” from November 2021 to the new dates of June 3-5, 2022.

We see the postponement as disappointing, but with a silver lining. June is a better time of year for teachers and students, and Charbonneau residents who spend their winters in warmer climates. The better weather gives us the wonderful opportunity to expand our art galleries, artisan booths, student art, silent auction, and the music stage opportunities.

The postponement will also allow a broader collaboration with Wilsonville Arts and Culture Council, which has traditionally held their annual festival in June.

Your application for November 2021 will Automatically be Entered into the June 2022 Show

We will continue recruiting submissions for the virtual music stage over the winter. The jury review of all applicants will begin in early 2022. Also – we will consider all those selected for the Virtual Show for an appearance at the Live Show during the Festival.

Thank you again for your support of the Music Stage at the Charbonneau Festival of the Arts. Don’t hesitate to reach out with your questions.
