We are very excited to welcome you to “Brubeck & Brews,” our first in a series of music tribute concerts which begins tonight at 5:00 p.m.in the Charbonneau Pavilion. Here are a few reminders about tonight’s performance:
- Please check in at the “Will Call” desk which will be located in the Event Center Fireplace Room. Here you will receive a paper ticket that will help the ushers seat you. This is a sold out performance, so there will be a line. You may want to arrive at least 15 minutes ahead of the 5:00 performance start time.
- Food, beer, and wine will be available for purchase, also in the Fireplace Room and you can then take to your table at any time during the performance.
- If you have any questions, we will have volunteers available throughout the show to help you.
