The Charbonneau Festival of the Arts 2021 invites all artists to participate in “Art with Flair” – A Live & Virtual Exhibition Show.  The deadline to submit your application is August 13, 2021.  All are encouraged to enter as many shows as you wish.  The more shows, the greater your audience.

Please complete the following form to apply.  It is a multi-page application where you can save as you go, if needed.  Please be sure you have reviewed the instructions ahead of submitting your application.  Once you click “Submit,” you will be redirected to pay any fees that apply.

The Live Art Gallery & Artisan Vendor Show (juried)
For potential safety concerns because of COVID-19 and limited physical space, all entries for the live shows – fine art gallery and artisan vendors will be juried.  All will be advised by no later than August 27, 2021 if juried in and those not juried into the live shows will have fees for the live show returned.  You can still participate in the Virtual Exhibition Gallery Show but we request you make that additional selection when you register.

Once your payment is received, if you selected the option to display your work also or only in our Virtual Exhibition, whether 2D fine art or 3D artisan, you will be able to upload your photos (.jpg, .jpeg or .png) and up to 25MB each in size, representing the works of art you want to display on your very own Portfolio page.  Our coverage in 2020 brought in several thousand viewers to this show.  Be prepared ahead of beginning this process as you cannot go back and change this information once submitted.

Your entry form is a multi-part, save as you go with navigation.  You can view your completed portions of the entry form by using the PREVIOUS button or clicking the page navigation indicators at the top.  Before you submit you will be given a last look at what you are submitting.  Once you submit, you will be asked to pay.  If you are also entering our Virtual Exhibition, you will then receive a link to upload your photos for that show.  When all done, you will receive a confirmation online and in your email.
