Congratulations on your entry to participate in the Charbonneau Festival of that Arts. That is the good news. The not so happy news is with COVID-19 cases skyrocketing, the Board of Directors of Charbonneau Arts Association (CAA) decided to postpone the 38th Annual Charbonneau Festival of the Arts, “Art with Flair” from November 2021 to the new dates -- June 3-5, 2022.
